Ravindra Jadeja becomes No.1 all-rounder & No.1 Bowler in ICC Test rankings

Ravindra Jadeja became No. 1 Bowler in Test Cricket some times ago. And Now He has given his best allrounder performance with the bat and bowl against Srilanka. And this allrounder performance helps him to cross the Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al-Hasan and become No.1 Allrounder in ICC Test rankings. In his allrounder performance, he made 70 runs and took 7 wickets against the Srilanka in Colombo. India won this match and series by a innings and 53 runs. Shakib Al-Hasan has a second spot with the 431 ponts and Jadeja has 438.

By taking a 7 wickets in second test match, Ravindra Jadeja also went past 150 wickets in his 32nd Test. Ravichandran Ashwin went down to third place in the bowlers list while England bowler Jimmy Anderson clinch the second spot by doing a great performance against South Africa.

Other Indian players also get some boosts in the rankings. Cheteshwar Pujara made 133 runs in the second test match and this helps him to get a Third spot in Test batsmen ranking and Rahane also made a century(132) and moved from 11th to 6th place in batsmen ranking.

From the last year Ravindra Jadeja has improved his batting and bowling performance. Because in the 5 test series against the England, Jadeja took 26 wickets and made 224 runs in the series and that helps India to beat England by 4-0.

And in the ICC Test Batsmen rankings, Steve Smith is on the top with the highest 941 points while Virat kohli is on the 5th spot with 813 points.

In the ICC Test all rounders ranking, Ravichandran Ashwin is on the Third spot after Shakib Al-Hasan with 418 points. While Moeen Ali is on 4th Spot with 409 points and Ben Stokes is on 5th spot with 360 points. With the help of Moeen Ali’s allrounder performance England won a series by 3-1 against South africa. He made a 252 runs and took highest 25 wickets in the 4 test series.
